Steve's credit list spans nearly 20 years of digital effects production.
It is organized by type of production activity with his most recent
frelance work listed first, followed by his Digital
Intermediate experience, which is then followed by the digital
effects shots he executed for various feature films. After
that is another group of digital effects shots that Steve executed
on the Pixar computer while
head of production at his company, Sidley Wright & Associates,
and below that is the list of his digital
ink and paint work for features films and broadcast commercials.
The next section is his extensive list of broadcast
commercials followed by the special
venue projects. At the very bottom is the list of awards
that he has won. Steve's feature film credits only may be viewed
on IMDb.

Digital Effects & Title Work
As a freelance digital effects artist under the company banner
of Steve Wright Digital FX, Steve creates high quality digital
effects and titles for feature films at 2k and 4k resolution.
His tools are a Mac G5 Quad computer and Apple's Shake compositing
software as well as The Foundry's NUKE software for 3D compositing.

Digital Intermediates & Digital Effects
As Technical Director and Senior Compositor for Cinesite (now Laser
Pacific) for Digital Intermediate services, Steve provided production
technical expertise for digital intermediate projects as well as
executing digital effects shots for the following feature films.
For some of these films, this included the main titles, lower 3rds,
subtitles and end credit animations. Digital compositing was done
using Kodak's Cineon software.

Digital Cel Animation
One of the technology innovations Steve developed at Sidley Wright
was a digital ink & paint system that was used to digitally
paint cel animation line art which was then composited with the
Pixar computer. At the time, Disney's CAPS system was the
only other digital ink & paint system in the industry. The system
was quit successful and Steve used it to produce digital effects
shots for five animated feature films and 17 television commercials.

Broadcast Television

all of the work listed below, he also took the chair and produced

using the Pixar computer.
